Happy Hanukah! Or, as Andrew called it, "ha-kah-kah". He loved the bright candles, and was disappointed on the ninth night, when Hanukah was over (so we lit them an extra night).

Thanksgiving 2009

Jill, Mike, and Andrew visited Staten Island for Thanksgiving 2009.

Halloween Fun

Outdoors in Virginia

Visiting the Great Country Farm in Blumont and a winery on an autumn day.

How perfect! Sunshine and a cow train ride! Later, we had kettle corn and ice-cream. Oh, and we saw a few pig races. What fun!

Nice Getaway

Jill and Mike spent a nice long weekend at the Cedar Spring Inn in Charlottesville. This place is known for incredible breakfasts--which did not disappoint--nor did the pool and hot tub.

Andrew's First Birthday

Andrew turned one on June 24, and lots of friends joined us on June 27 for a birthday celebration. Jill coordinated a farm themed party with picnic style fare. Everyone had a great time and Andrew enjoyed being the star of the show.
